Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please contact us right away, so we can guide you through. Kindly take note that you have only within 14 days from the date of delivery to ship the item back. Otherwise, you're no longer eligible for refund.
To return an item, please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. The allocated address for returns will be given upon request only. We will not accept returns without prior notice. Also, when you're going to ship the item back please make sure to place the item securely in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for all the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
You will be needing to send us the tracking number of the returned item. As soon as it is trackable and the status gets updated, we will process your refund or exchange. For refund, please allow three (3) banking days for it to be credited back. For exchange, we have 3 processing days.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have signs of usage
